Come join me at Kindred III an all female owned cafe, nestled in Bromyard. The circle evolves with the cyclical needs of the women attending. Mindful practices you can utilise in daily life will be woven within our time together. There will be space to breathe, space to be and space to rejoice as we reconnect in common-unity. Loose Leaf Herbal Tea provided.
