Come bathe in therapeutic sound as I guide you into a deep state of relaxation.

Monthly Women's Circle

The circle evolves with the cyclical needs of the women attending. Mindful practices you can utilise in daily life will be woven within our time together. There will be space to breathe, space to be and space to reconnect in community.
