Public Soundbath Events £16

Please email Charley hellosoulbeam@gmail.com to be added to my mailing list for public events held in Herefordshire and include your name.​  You will be asked to complete a participation form prior to attending an event. Please indicate if any of the precautions apply to you so I can advise which sound healing experience is suitable, or can be modified.​

Movement and Sound 1:1 or Group

Relaxation with Sound £45 1 hour (1:1 adult/child; groups price upon request)

Combining yogic practice of pranayama (breathwork) or progressive relaxation with the therapeutic vibration of intuitively selected healing sounds. 

 

Bodywork with Sound £60 1 hour £80 1.5hours (1:1 adult only)

Back or Womb space massage followed by a bathing of carefully selected therapeutic sound to aid relaxation.
